Roma will push Chelsea for Alejandro Garnacho, who is good friends with Paulo Dybala, but there are different reports on whether it could be a loan or permanent buy.
Garnacho had already been very close to Serie A football last year when in advanced negotiations with Napoli, but ultimately preferred to make the move from Manchester United to Chelsea for €46.2m.
His career stalled at Stamford Bridge with eight goals and four assists in 43 competitive appearances, though only 22 of those were in the starting XI.

Multiple sources are confident that Chelsea have put him on the market this summer and do not see him as part of their future plans.
The issue now is the formula, as Fabrizio Romano reports that Chelsea would only be ready to sell Garnacho on a permanent deal, so not on loan with an option to buy.
He insists that Roma are not prepared to accept those terms at those costs.
Sportitalia transfer pundit Alfredo Pedullà instead maintains that the Giallorossi are prepared to use the €40m that were set aside for Olympique Marseille winger Mason Greenwood, instead putting that to the purchase of the Argentine.
Garnacho only turned 22 last week and is also still on the Napoli radar, although their finances do not stretch to a permanent buy.
Where Roma might have an advantage, according to Pedullà, is that the player is good friends with Roma star Dybala, who has just agreed a new contract at the Stadio Olimpico.
